Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We'll respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

  • Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim Contact us via our contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We'll review your claim and respond within 5 business days with next steps.

Limitation of Liability Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or failure.

Chargeback Policy

We encourage you to contact us via our contact page before filing a dispute with your bank. Most billing concerns, missing orders, and return questions can be resolved quickly and directly.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we will submit order records, shipping confirmation, and communications to contest the dispute. Filing a chargeback on a legitimate transaction - such as an item received and kept - may result in future orders being declined.
